Karen Clark has been the Director of Administration for Proxy Parent Foundation for 20 years. Karen is responsible for Trust Enrollment – preparing Contracts and Joinders for Third Party Trusts & P-A-Y-G final letters of understandings; Board governance and meetings; coordinating all Committee meetings; maintaining corporate records; compliance and registrations – corporate insurance renewals, state filings, corporate reports; filing of taxes; vetting Personal Support Specialists; funding of accounts; all administration and human resources responsibilities – payroll, hiring, etc. Prior to Proxy Parent Foundation, Karen worked for Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors to assist in weekly performance for their hedged funds, reporting, presentations and research. She also worked for Wilshire Asset Management for 10 years and was responsible for proxy voting, administration on a high net worth product, overseeing analysts, client reporting and SEC filings.

She holds a B.A. in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
